Quesenberry
Jessica Quesenberry started with her own health journey around 2010. After struggling with her weight, unhealthy habits and poor self-esteem, she hit a point where she thought, "what on earth am I doing to myself?!" and decided to make a big change.
That commitment took the form of a ton of research, exercise, diet, pain, tears, and learning, but she was able to push herself and lose almost 100 lbs in just 8 months. After realizing the positive impact the changes had on not just her physical health, but her mental health, she's never looked back.
"I know there are a lot of women out there who have felt like I did, and still do sometimes," Jessica said. "Insecure, defeated, drained.. I could go on. Once I got started, I decided I wanted to help as many women like me as I could."
Her personal journey, combined with her frustration with the mainstream fitness industry - with its inconsistencies and contradictions - led to the development of L.I.F.T., which stands for Ladies Improving Fitness Together.
"My goal is to guide women what to do and how to do it while supporting, motivating, encouraging and pushing them as they gain the self-confidence they deserve." Jessica explains. "L.I.F.T. is our happy place. We have built life-long friendships, finding love and support that I never could have imagined."
